Please read this policy carefully. This document governs how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations. By placing an order with Saprintka, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. UNDERSTANDING OUR BUSINESS MODEL (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)
Saprintka operates as a Print-on-Demand business. This means that we do not hold inventory or stock of the products displayed on our website. Instead, every item is manufactured specifically for you only after you have placed an order.
Because each product is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for general reasons such as:
- Wrong size ordered (please review our Size Guide carefully).
- Change of mind / Buyer’s remorse.
- Personal preference on color or fit.
- Product no longer needed.
All sales are considered final unless the item you received is defective or damaged.
2. DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We are committed to product quality. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
What qualifies as a damaged/defective item?
- The product arrived with a rip, tear, or hole.
- The print quality is poor (blurry, peeling, or significantly different from the image).
- The wrong item, size, or color was sent to you (different from what is on your receipt).
How to file a claim:
You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line: “Order #12345 – Damaged Item”.
- Required: Attach high-quality photos or a video clearly showing the defect or damage.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the damaged item to us.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
We pride ourselves on fast processing to get your order to you as soon as possible.
- 0–12 Hours (Cancellation Allowed): You may cancel or modify your order (change address, size, or color) within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately at [email protected].
- After 12 Hours (No Cancellation): After 12 hours, your order details are automatically sent to our production facility, and the printing process begins. Once an order enters the production phase, we cannot cancel the order or make any changes.
4. REFUNDS FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Saprintka is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) but are subsequently reported as lost or stolen by the customer.
- If tracking says “Delivered”: We cannot issue a refund or replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local carrier or post office to file a claim or locate the package.
- If tracking says “In Transit” (Stuck): If the package is lost in transit by the carrier and never reaches a “Delivered” status, we will issue a replacement or refund after a reasonable waiting period (usually 10 business days past the estimated delivery date).
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.
- If the package is returned to our facility, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
6. COLOR DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. Slight variations in print color compared to the digital mockup are common in the printing process and are not considered a defect.
